Phone Forensics Turn Around Times

FTS have a variety of levels of service available to meet your needs, these are as follows:

o        IMMEDIATE*
o        24 HOURS*
o        48 HOURS*
o        7-10 WORKING DAYS
o        20 WORKING DAYS

*Certain levels of service may incur extra charges please confirm with FTS BEFORE submission of exhibits.

Submissions to FTS

You can submit an exhibit to FTS in one of two ways:

• BY HAND - FTS staff can collect your exhibit from a police station near your local lab. Please call first to arrange a time. To find your nearest lab, please consult the CONTACTS page or contact FTS HQ who will direct you (+44 (0) 1732 459811).

• BY POST - Exhibits may be mailed to your nearest lab using Royal Mail Special Delivery or Recorded mail services (available at Post Office). NB We cannot accept courier deliveries due to our anonymous locations.

ALL exhibits must be submitted with an FTS Lab Request Form. Every care must be taken to ensure that these forms are completed accurately.
