FTS works extensively with legal services providers primarily in the area of criminal defence. However we have also completed work for large civil litigations and matrimonial cases where digital evidence or the analysis of audio and video evidence plays a significant role.
FTS has a longstanding relationship with both the Legal Services Commission (LSC) and the Criminal Defence Service (CDS), with our rates, fees, invoicing and detailed work plans accepted by them both.
Mobile Phones: Our unique and exclusive services and capability in this area has often revealed additional information and in particular deleted data directly supporting alibi’s and statements when compared to other forensic examination providers. Our phone examiners undertake and report on their work directly and are trained to present the evidence recovered in court.

Using ISO9001 audited reporting procedures with expert reporting that is fully compliant with the Criminal Procedures Requirement (CPR) and able to identify failures in CPR too.
