Evidential Reporting 

Standardised evidential reporting is used for every mobile phone and SIM card examination.

FTS has developed a unique software based exhibit and evidence management database called CASE

CASE not only manages the full physical continuity record of all exhibits, it also manages and translates the evidential output from all the various software packages FTS uses. There is no single software package that can be used for "Logical" examinations of ALL mobile handsets. Part of our unique capability is being able to use the right tools for the right data sets, to extract ALL the data requested by the client.


However these tools present the data acquired in different electronic formats. They also present the data types in different orders and text formats.


The CASE system reads the electronic formats of these software packages and organises the data into a standardised presentation format without modifying the data itself. Our clients can be sure that every exhibit will be supported by an evidential report that is consistent in presentation, simplifying analysis of the data and removing the need to rework data to make it presentable to court.


Single Tier Expert Examiners:

FTS uses an expert examiner protocol for evidence extraction. Our clients are assured that the person who examined the device, will also support their examination and the evidence presented through the whole legal process, including testimony in court.
